From plot to mall.

    WAAW Builders & Developers LLP is formed.

    The partnership is registered to deliver commercial-grade real estate across Kerala, beginning with a ground-up mall in Irinjalakuda.

  2. 2025

    Site acquired at the heart of Irinjalakuda.

    A 1,933 m² plot on the Irinjalakuda–Kattoor Road, 100 m from the Private Bus Stand and a short walk from Christ College.

  3. 2025

    Sanctioned & ready to build.

    Building permit, fire and pollution sanctions cleared with Irinjalakkuda Municipality. Basement + Ground + 3 floors, 6,552 m² built-up.

  4. 2026

    Construction underway. Leasing opens.

    Fit-out coordination, anchor leasing and brand onboarding begin. The mall is designed to open for trade in the following cycle.
